Jade Court

Terms of Use

Effective July 15, 2026

Jade Court (the "app") is published by Adam Long Creative LLC. By downloading or playing it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs where these terms are silent.

License

You get a personal, non-transferable license to play Jade Court on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. The app, its art, writing, music, and design remain the property of Adam Long Creative LLC.

The Full Court unlock

The game is a free demo (Act I) with a single one-time purchase, The Full Court, that permanently unlocks the rest of the game. It is not a subscription and never renews. The unlock is tied to your Apple Account: reinstalling or moving to a new device restores it via Restore purchase in the app (Settings, or the unlock screen). Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Game Center & fair play

The Daily Trial deals every player the same seed and accepts one attempt per day. Automating play, tampering with scores, or exploiting defects to post standings spoils the trial for the whole court; we may ask Apple to remove manipulated scores.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the unlock. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
