Common petitions

I bought the Full Court but it's locked again

Open Settings → Restore purchase (or the unlock screen's Restore purchase link) while signed into the same Apple Account you bought it with. The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to that account — it can always be restored for free.

My progress didn't move to my new phone

Progress syncs through your private iCloud. On both devices: iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → make sure iCloud Drive is on and you're signed into the same account. The app's Settings screen shows the current sync state under Run & Data.

When does the Daily Trial reset?

Midnight UTC, worldwide — every player gets the same deal and one attempt. Standings need Game Center: sign in via iOS Settings → Games.

The music/sound isn't playing

Jade Court respects the ring/silent switch and mixes politely with your own music. Flip the silent switch, then check the volume sliders in Settings → Sound.

I want a refund

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refunds; we can't issue them directly, but write to us anyway — if something in the game drove you to a refund, we want to fix it.
