Jade Court

Privacy Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

Jade Court is a premium, single-purchase game made by Adam Long Creative LLC ("we", "us"). It is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts to create, no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.

What the app collects

Purchase history. When you buy the one-time "Full Court" unlock, the purchase is processed by Apple. To recognize your unlock across launches and devices, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-validation service, which receives your App Store receipt and an anonymous, randomly generated identifier. This is used solely to make the game work — it is never linked to your identity by us, never used for advertising, and never sold.

That is the only data that leaves your device because of us. Everything else stays yours:

What the app does not do

Data retention & deletion

Deleting the app deletes all local game data. iCloud-synced progress can be removed by deleting the app's iCloud data in iOS Settings. RevenueCat retains anonymous purchase records as required to keep your unlock working; you may request deletion by contacting us at the address below, and we will pass the request to RevenueCat.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated effective date. We will never weaken the "no ads, no tracking, no selling" commitments above.
